Last updated: June 10, 2026. These policies apply to all services provided by Eldoitall Travel Agency (« Eldoitall », « we », « us »), based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By booking a tour, package or visa service with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal information needed to deliver our services: your name, contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp), passport information for visa applications, and travel preferences. We use this information to process bookings, submit visa applications on your behalf, and communicate with you about your trip.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with third parties strictly required to fulfil your booking — such as immigration authorities for visa processing, hotels, and licensed tour operators. Passport copies and visa documents are deleted from our systems once they are no longer required for your application or by law.

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@eldoitall.com.

2. Terms of Service

Eldoitall acts as a travel service provider and intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, immigration authorities). All quotes are provided free of charge and remain valid for the period stated in the quote. A booking is confirmed only after we receive your deposit or full payment, as specified in your quote.

Prices are quoted in the currency stated and may change until your booking is confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates and for complying with the entry requirements of your destination.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, email or our website. For tours and packages, a deposit may be required to secure your dates, with the balance due before the service date communicated in your confirmation. For visa services, full payment is required before we submit your application.

Please verify all names, dates and passport numbers in your confirmation. Eldoitall is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the traveller.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Tours and packages: cancellations made more than 7 days before the service date receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable supplier costs. Cancellations within 7 days may be partially refundable depending on supplier terms. No-shows are non-refundable. Where possible, we will offer to reschedule instead of cancelling, free of charge.

Visa services: our service fee is non-refundable once your application has been submitted to the authorities. If you cancel before submission, we refund all amounts except costs already incurred. Government visa fees are never refundable, whether the visa is granted or refused.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Visa Disclaimer

Eldoitall assists with the preparation and submission of visa applications. The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the immigration authorities of the destination country. We cannot guarantee approval, and a refusal does not entitle you to a refund of government fees or of our service fee after submission. Processing times communicated by us are estimates based on current authority timelines and may vary.

6. Liability

Eldoitall exercises reasonable care in selecting suppliers but is not liable for acts, omissions or delays of third-party providers, nor for events beyond our control (weather, strikes, government decisions, force majeure). We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and lost luggage.
